1° The decisions of the jury are final.

2° The jury reserves the right not to award all the prizes.

3° The jury only are allowed to grant Special Prizes to candidates who have
participated in the semi-final test and who have not been accepted to the final test.

4° The jury will include eminent French and foreign personalities of the musical world selected by the « Administration Committee of the Competition ». Members of the jury
will be 9.
