1°  The decisions of the jury are final.

2°  The jury reserves the right not to award all the prizes.

3°  The jury and the sponsors are allowed to grant Special Prizes to candidates who have participated in the semi-final test and who have not been accepted to the final test.

4°  The jury will include eminent French or foreign musicians selected by the « Administration  Committee of the Competition ».  The membrs of the jury will be 9 (For the eliminatory round, members of the jury might be 7 and 9 from the semi-final round).
