The decision of the jury at all stages will be final.

The jury is not bound to award all the Prizes.

The jury is allowed to award Special Prizes to unsuccessful semi-finalists.

The jury will be composed of eminent figures from the music world. They have been appointed by the artistic director of the competition and ratified by the Board of Directors of the Contest.
