DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Your complete application form should arrive before the deadline corresponding to the centre you choose (check the list of towns in the section "Pre-selection schedule").

The entry fee is 75 € (bank charges not included) and is non-refundable, even if your application is not accepted. The fee should be paid by bank transfer only, to:

Candidates will fill in and return the registration form (upload a form from the section "I'm planning to compete") along with the following information and documents:

  • Registration form (with the candidate's contact details)
  • Programme chosen by the candidate for the pre-selection audition
  • The candidate's curriculum vitae (give full details of your musical training including tutors, colleges, qualifications and dates)
  • Document called "letter of cessation of rights"
  • A recent photograph of the candidate, head and shoulders
  • A copy of the candidate's passport, National Identity document (where applicable) or birth certificate
  • A receipt from your bank for the 75€ fee transfer.
Once the pre-selection results are released, shortlisted candidates will send their complete programmes, which must be postmarked by September 1st, 2011, to the same address as above.

 

INVALIDATION OF AN APPLICATION

The organizers reserve the right to invalidate any application without refund in the following cases:

-    if a candidate doesn't conform with one of the conditions specified above
-    if a candidate fails to enclose all the required items and information by the closing dates specified above
-    if there is a default of payment of the Entrance Fee

 

LEGAL DISPUTE

In case of legal dispute, only the French text of the rules is valid. French law enforces.
